1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and btjli ("btjli", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the btjli website located at https://btjli.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon.

By completing the btjli account registration process, making a first deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the btjli platform, you represent that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any product-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the btjli platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between a product-specific rule and these general Terms, these general Terms shall take precedence unless the product-specific rule expressly states otherwise.

If you are accessing btjli on behalf of any third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. We reserve the right to require proof of such authority at any time.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the btjli platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. btjli enforces a strict minimum age of 18 for all account registrations, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any undisclosed third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
• You do not hold, and have not previously held, a btjli account that was suspended or closed by btjli for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee or director of btjli or any of its affiliated companies or technology partners.

btjli reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Where age verification cannot be completed to btjli's reasonable satisfaction, the account in question will be suspended until verification is resolved. Any winnings accrued by a player who is subsequently found to be under the age of 18 at the time of play will be void and forfeited.

Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) is the reference time zone used by btjli for all age and eligibility determinations. Players are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local regulations. btjli is an offshore platform and does not represent that use of the service is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of btjli products and services, you must register a player account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, complete, and not misleading.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one btjli account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a breach of these Terms. btjli employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, btjli reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual, void any outstanding bonus balances, and withhold any winnings generated while operating in breach of this policy.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

btjli operates a Know Your Customer programme consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. As part of this programme, btjli may at any time request that you submit one or more of the following verification documents: a government-issued photo identity document, proof of residential address issued within the previous three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds into your btjli account. Until requested documents are provided and accepted, btjli may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain platform features. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time specified by btjli may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your btjli account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. btjli will never request your password through any channel, including email or customer support chat. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify btjli support immediately at [email protected]. btjli accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

btjli supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). btjli does not impose currency conversion on BDT transactions.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 via mobile money channels including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer channels may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction within the btjli cashier. Deposits are generally credited to player accounts within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. btjli accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the btjli payments team following completion of applicable KYC verification. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically complete within 15 minutes of approval during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. btjli reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before approving any withdrawal. During such review periods, the funds in question will remain held in your account balance and will not be accessible for wagering.

4.3 Payment Method Consistency

For the purposes of anti-money laundering compliance, btjli operates a policy of returning funds to the same payment method from which they were originally deposited. Withdrawals to a payment method different from the deposit source will only be permitted in exceptional circumstances and are subject to additional verification.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

The btjli platform must not be used as a mechanism for transferring funds between parties or for any purpose other than genuine entertainment gambling. Any account identified as being used for payment processing, money laundering, or suspicious financial activity will be suspended immediately and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

btjli offers promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps that are published alongside each individual offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms attached to any bonus before accepting it.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are specified in each promotion's dedicated terms page. Bets placed on certain game types — including but not limited to live casino games, certain high-RTP slots, and sports markets with very low odds — may be excluded from wagering requirement contributions or may contribute at a reduced rate.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

btjli actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; placing offsetting bets to hedge bonus wagering requirements; using automated betting software or bots in connection with promotional play; and withdrawing bonus funds before wagering requirements are met. Where bonus abuse is identified, btjli reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the associated account.

5.3 Seasonal Promotions

btjli may offer special promotional events tied to Bangladeshi cultural and sporting occasions including the BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). Specific terms for seasonal promotions are published on the btjli promotions page and are binding on all players who opt in to those offers.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets on btjli, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports, are governed by btjli's sports betting rules, which are published in full within the btjli platform. Casino and slot games are governed by the individual game rules published by the relevant game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others).

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Void Bets

btjli reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, including situations where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault or human error, where the outcome of the event was known at the time the bet was placed, or where the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms. Void bets will result in the return of the original stake to the player's account balance. btjli's decision regarding bet voidance is final.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is available on selected cricket, football, and other sports markets. In-play odds are updated in real time and reflect the current state of the event. Acceptance of in-play bets is subject to a brief processing delay to prevent exploitation of live data feed advantages. btjli reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

btjli operates maximum single-event payout limits, which are published within the sports betting rules section of the platform. Casino game maximum winnings are governed by the relevant game studio's published rules. Amounts in excess of applicable limits will not be paid out regardless of the nominal displayed win.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btjli platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Registering or operating more than one btjli account simultaneously or in succession.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit promotions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live casino environments.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Using the btjli platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the btjli platform, its games, or its security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing btjli staff members or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the btjli platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to misrepresent your geographic location where such access is intended to circumvent eligibility restrictions.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

btjli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including where btjli has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected, where a player has requested self-exclusion under btjli's responsible gaming programme, or where continuation of the account relationship would be inconsistent with btjli's obligations under its anti-money laundering policy.

Where an account is closed by btjli for reasons other than breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of applicable bonus balances) will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for deposits, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting btjli support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Players who have self-excluded may not request reinstatement of their account until the self-exclusion period they selected has elapsed, and even then reinstatement is subject to btjli's approval and a mandatory cooling-off review process.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the btjli platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, software, and audio-visual elements, is the proprietary intellectual property of btjli or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the btjli platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the btjli platform without the prior written consent of btjli. Unauthorised use of btjli's intellectual property may constitute a criminal offence and will be pursued accordingly.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btjli's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the btjli platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player to their btjli account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

btjli expressly excludes all liability for: loss of profits or anticipated savings; loss of data or corruption of data; indirect, special, or consequential loss of any kind; loss arising from interruptions or unavailability of the platform due to technical maintenance, server failure, or circumstances beyond btjli's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service provider failures, acts of God, and telecommunications infrastructure outages).

The btjli platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While btjli takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and accuracy, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players use the platform at their own risk.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which btjli is incorporated as an offshore entity. Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.

In the event of any dispute between you and btjli arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you should in the first instance contact btjli's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. btjli aims to resolve all player disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

btjli makes no representation that the platform is legal or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the btjli platform is lawful under the laws applicable to them. Online gambling laws in Bangladesh are ambiguous and evolving; players in Bangladesh use the platform at their own legal risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local regulations.

12. Amendments to These Terms

btjli reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, btjli will notify registered players by email to the address associated with their account and will update the "Last Reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the btjli platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.

If you do not agree to an update to these Terms, you must cease use of the btjli platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining verified balance. btjli recommends that players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect their rights and obligations.
